How long does it take to activate my account

If you sign up during normal business hours you can expect account activation within 2-4 hours. If you are unable to access your account within the specified time, contact the support department at info@screenmyapplication.com.

Can the applicant pay the application fee online?

A.

Yes. If you use the QuickApp, you can send an email to the applicant, thus allowing them to pay for the report online using a debit or credit card. Once they pay the fee, you will receive an email notifying you and then allowing you to access the report. The QuickApp is available for all screening reports, including the A La Carte items.

Is there a fee to sign up

A.

There is NO fee to use the service nor do we charge an annual membership fee. The only fee we collect is the application fee to screen an application.

Once I order a report, how long does it take to process.

A.

Once payment is received the reports are instantly available.
